DID JONAS BROTHERS MOVE TO TEXAS?
It seems that the Jonas Brothers may have bought a new house in Texas. E! Online reports that they have a six-bedroom home in Vaquero, which is a gated community in the northern Texas town of Westlake. Tarrant County records show that the trio granted power of attorney to their mother, Denise Jonas, to buy the 2.8-million dollar domicile. The band's rep has refused to comment on their new living arrangements, but there have been Jonas Brothers sightings in the area. The band is originally from New Jersey. They are currently out on tour and are playing Hershey, Pennsylvania tomorrow.

As a result of Steven Page’s arrest, Barenaked Ladies have decided to pull out of Disney’s Music Block Party show. The band posted a message from their manager on their Web site that read, “Members of the band completely support Steven Page, but we don’t want to put Disney in an awkward position before issues involving Steven’s arrest are resolved.” Page was cuffed earlier this month for possession of a controlled substance. The Disney gigs were set for next month.

IS MADONNA MELTING DOWN?
Between rumors of a divorce from Guy Ritchie and a romance with Alex Rodriguez, as well as her brother’s new tell-all memoir, it’s fair to say that Madonna may have a lot on her mind. And according to the U-K’s The Sun, even though she’s only in rehearsals, The Material Girl has fired two dancers and her tour manager. The paper says Madge has even been diagnosed with anemia and suffered an injury to her knee. A source claims, “She’s down physically and mentally. The situation with Guy is very, very tense. The way the press are going crazy with the A-Rod story, her brother’s book and her physical exhaustion are all taking their toll.” Only time will tell if the allegations are true. Madonna kicks off her Sticky & Sweet Tour in Wales next month.

NEW BRITNEY SONGS AIMED AT MOM & JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE
We’ve already reported that Britney Spears is in the studio, and now, according to English tabloid the Sunday Mirror, the singer hopes to get even on her sixth studio album. They didn’t say how they got their hands on the “raw and furious” lyrics, but according to the report, Spears lashes out at her mother, Lynne Spears, and her ex-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake. In the song “ATM,” Britney allegedly sings, “Hey, Mama, I know it’s my cash you seek,” before breaking into a chorus of, “You know they treat me like an ATM/ But y’all know that I’m too good for ‘em.” In the tune, “Already Bad,” aimed at Timberlake, Spears makes suggestions that she wasn’t a virgin, as she had once claimed, before hooking up with JT. Spears reportedly sings, “I know you thought you were the first/ But I had already quenched my thirst/ I was already bad.” According to MTV News, as of press time, a spokesperson for Spears’ label could not be reached for comment on the Mirror report.

THE DARK KNIGHT BREAKS RECORD AFTER RECORD
"The Dark Knight" took in a record $155.34 million in its first weekend, topping the previous best of $151.1 million for "Spider-Man 3" in May 2007 and pacing Hollywood to its biggest weekend ever, according to studio estimates Sunday. "We knew it would be big, but we never expected to dominate the marketplace like we did," said Dan Fellman, head of distribution for Warner Bros., which released "The Dark Knight." The movie should shoot past the $200 million mark by the end of the week, he said. Hollywood set an overall revenue record of $253 million for a three-day weekend, beating the $218.4 million haul over the weekend of July 7, 2006, according to box-office tracker Media By Numbers. "This weekend is such a juggernaut," said Nikki Rocco, head of distribution for Universal, whose musical "Mamma Mia!" debuted at No. 2 with $27.6 million.
